Andersen 420 Sash Balancer - Block and Tackle with Tab

• Used with all HP glass types prior to April 2012 and with units with 2.2 etched into glass for Size 38310 cottage lower sash
  
• Also used with units with 3.0 etched into glass for sizes 34310 (1992 to 2017), 38310 (1992 to 2017), 210310 cottage lower sash, 30310 cottage lower sash, 34310 cottage lower sash, 3446 cottage upper sash, 34410 cottage
• This is a block and tackle balancer with a tab.
• Balancer allows for smooth operation and maintains the position of the window sash.
• Balancers are found in the side jambs of both the upper and lower sash.
  
• When ordering balancers we recommend replacing all balancers and the window side jamb liners.
• Andersen made changes to the balancer design in November 2016. When replacing balances on windows before 2016 you'll need to order two.
