If a part doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account and select 'Request Return' next to your order, or contact customer support.

• 2.
  Pack Items

  Place the unused hardware in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the provided prepaid return shipping label and secure it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
